How do I pick up and return a GoMore Keyless car?

Picking up and returning a GoMore Keyless car can be done easily using the GoMore app without the need to agree on the handover or return of the keys with the owner.

You can download the GoMore app to your phone from the App Store or Google Play. If you already have the app, please check that it has been updated to the latest app version.

Picking up the car

  1. Click on your rental reservation on the home page of the app under "Rentals". Here you can see the car and your rental information. You'll also find instructions for picking up a Keyless car (we'll also send you these via SMS if you've enabled this in your profile's notification settings).
  2. In the rental information, you can see the exact location of the car 30 minutes before the rental starts. If the car has an ongoing rental, the precise location will only become visible once the previous rental ends. You can also chat with the car owner via the messages field and agree on practical matters related to the rental. Please note that if you have added an additional driver to your reservation, the additional driver cannot pick up or return the car without the primary renter. The additional driver cannot complete the rental agreement on behalf of the car renter.
  3. A rental agreement will appear in your app (under "Rental details"), which you must fill out before opening the car doors. Please note that you can only start filling out the rental agreement when your rental period begins. Click "Pick up the car" and you can start filling out the rental agreement.
  4. The app gives you clear filling instructions for each point. First, you take eight pictures of the car, which you use to document the condition of the car. After this, you must record all such damages that already exist in the car, which have not yet been recorded in the app. If necessary, you can also add pictures/description of the interior of the car, e.g. if there are stains on the car seat, it is good to document this.   5. Open the car doors with the app. Once you get inside the car, you can take the keys from the glove box and start the car.
  6. The app may ask you to document the car's fuel level and mileage reading. Fill in the requested readings and take pictures of the fuel level and mileage.
  7. Now you are ready to go!

Returning the car

  1. When your rental period is coming to an end, park the car legally and in the same place where you left (or as close as possible, but no more than 500m away from the place of departure).
  2. Put the keys back in the glove compartment (NOTE! Do not lock the doors with the key), check that the car is in the same clean condition as when you left, and remember to take all your own belongings with you. Then click "Return the car" in the app, from which you can fill out the rental return agreement.
  3. Fill in the fuel level and the mileage if requested by the app and take 8 pictures of the car just like when picking up the car. If there were new damages to the car during the rental, you should report them by clicking "Report damage" and taking as accurate pictures as possible of what happened.
  4. Finally, lock the doors with the app by pressing "Lock the car", and check that the doors locked for sure. Once you've locked the doors, your rental is over and you can leave a review for the owner! You can fill in the evaluation either via the messages field or by email, to which we will send you a request to evaluate your rental.
