Ratings

At GoMore, we strive to maintain a high level of trust among our members, and leaving a rating after a rental is an excellent and easy way to give other members and GoMore an accurate picture of the renter or car owner. When the rental goes smoothly, leaving a positive review and feedback will certainly bring good vibes to all parties involved!


So, how do you give a review and when does it show up?

After the car rental ends, both parties have the opportunity to leave a rating and recommend each other based on the completed rental. Leaving a written review and and evaluation of the rental experience from one star to five star can be done after the rental has ended from the rental information by clicking the rental in question.

Ratings will appear to both parties and publicly on both profiles once both have written a rating or 14 days after the rental period ends. The ability to leave a rating for each other also ends 14 days after the rental ends.

The rating given by the other party of the rental can also be seen in the rental information under the heading "Your rental". The rating summary will only appear after 14 days have passed since the rental or when both parties have given each other a rating.


Forgot to give a rating, now what?

If you forgot to leave a review, we strongly encourage you to still share your experience with the other rental party through chat messages! Peer feedback is always very important and constructive, and although the opportunity to leave a public review and feedback unfortunately expires after 14 days, you can always share feedback directly with the other party through chat messages. Constructive feedback is always welcome, and we also encourage you to praise when the opportunity arises!


Inappropriate ratings

We aim to keep our service as open and transparent as possible as a platform where everyone's personal opinions and experiences have a place and space. All reviews are subjective opinions of the rental experience, and as we know, opinions are varied. Unfortunately, we cannot change or remove reviews given on our platform without a compelling reason, a serious situation, and the reviewer's consent. We also believe that transparency in reviews is one of the pillars of peer-to-peer rental to create trust.


We only change/remove ratings afterwards in cases such as:

If the review contains, for example:

  • Inappropriate language
  • False information
  • Unfounded accusations
  • If both parties want to remove the ratings they have made

As ratings and reviews are always subjective opinions of the rental situation, GoMore needs to receive documentation as mentioned above to make a decision on changing/removing ratings.
