Business owned cars and commercial renting

Through GoMore, you can rent your company's cars to our members or, for example, rent several cars under your business name for commercial purposes. GoMore is an excellent platform for marketing your cars and growing your business without having to pay for registration or visibility. In addition, GoMore takes care of the verification of the identity of the car renters and the payment for you!

If you want to rent your company's car as a commercial owner through GoMore, you must mark yourself as a business car owner when creating the car ad.

When renting business owned cars, it is important to note that business cars and commercial rental operations are subject to different conditions when renting through GoMore than renting a private car. These exceptions are detailed below.

  1. The group insurance offered by GoMore to private car owners does not cover business car rentals or commercial rental activities through the platform in any way. Therefore, as the owner or holder of a business car, you are responsible for possible damages to the car through your own vehicle insurance. If the car renter causes the damage, GoMore will be happy to help the car owner and the renter in solving the damage, but the car owner is responsible for handling the damage with his own insurance company.
  2. In the event of damage to a business car, the renter and the car owner record the damage in GoMore's rental agreement as per normal procedure when returning the car. GoMore contacts the owner of the business car and helps him get the necessary documentation for insurance processing. GoMore can help you to charge the deductible from business car rental parties. You can read more here. If necessary, GoMore can also help the car owner with, for example, an unpaid parking fine by charging the parking fine afterwards to the renter's payment card.
  3. For business car owners, GoMore's service fee is only 15% (25% for individuals). In this way, the entrepreneur can cost-effectively adopt GoMore as a high-quality marketing channel, which also handles the verification of car renters using strong electronic identification and takes care of safe and reliable transfer of payments.

  4. In order to be able to offer all our renter members a high-quality rental experience, regardless of whether they rent a car through GoMore from a private or commercial renter, the business owner must offer renters at least the same level of coverage for the rental period as what GoMore offers to owners who rent their private cars through us. This means that:

    a. The commercial owner must ensure that the vehicle is legally insured for rental without a driver.

    b. The car is comprehensively insured with at least the same coverage as the Omocom insurance offered by GoMore, including: frame damage, car damage, fire damage, vandalism, theft, burglary, glass replacement, and road assistance service.

    c. The road assistance service must be available to the renter without excess liability and the roadside assistance information must be added to the car profile under the 'Damages and Claims' tab.

    d. The share of deductible for the renter cannot exceed the amount offered by GoMore's insurance for private car renters, i.e. €1,000. The share of the deductible must be clearly stated in the description of the car notice.

    The business owner can offer the renter the possibility to reduce the deductible to 350 € for an extra fee of 8 €/day. This can be done from "Booking settings".

If a renter reduces the deductible we charge a 30% commission.
