Car sharing is easier with an extra pairs of hands

Co-hosts help with the day-to-day management of your cars: whether it is a cleaner needing to locate and access Keyless cars, or a partner who assists you with bookings and messaging. You decide which level of access they have. Co-hosts can have one of two levels of access: Limited access or standard access. We have described the different access levels below in the frequently asked questions.

How do I add a co-host?

You can find the co-host feature under "Your car" -> "Co-hosts". Here you can add your co-host's email address. Your co-host must have a GoMore account to help you with rentals. If your co-host does not have one, first ask him to create a GoMore account here. Only add people you know and trust. You can change or remove co-host access levels at any time. You can also track the co-host's action under "Activity", where you can see who has, for example, added pictures of the car or updated the calendar.

What can co-hosts do?

There can be two levels of access for co-hosts. You can change the level or modify the number of co-hosts at any time. A co-host never has access to earnings or payments, and they cannot remove cars from GoMore either. The co-hosts cannot change the car pick-up and return times  set by the owner, which determine the availability of the car.

Car owners can view the activity of co-hosts from their own profile by clicking the "Activity" button on the right side of the "Co-hosts" heading. Only car owners can see this.
