The GoMore+ -subscription allows you to save on rentals, and getting your own car is no longer necessary! The GoMore+ subscription can be used in addition to your own market also while spending your summer vacations in other GoMore countries.

GoMore+ is a new product for all GoMore users who need to rent a car frequently. With GoMore+, you get a fixed discount (10% or 20% depending on your chosen option) off the total price of all rentals for a small monthly fee. You can use the GoMore+ discount on any cars you are eligible to rent.

How does the GoMore+ subscription work?

Everyone who has created a GoMore profile can subscribe to GoMore+. Subscribers of GoMore+ receive a fixed percentage discount (10% or 20%) on all their bookings. You can join GoMore+ only through the website, not in the app.

How do I subscribe to GoMore+?

The easiest way to subscribe is to log in to your profile and go to Account > GoMore+ or by clicking on this link here. Below you can see a screenshot of the view:

Which GoMore+ subscription option do we recommend?

If you plan to rent a car one day a month, then the GoMore+ 10 subscription is suitable for you (taking into account the average daily car price on our platform). If you plan to rent a car for more than one day a month, then the GoMore+ 20 subscription is suitable for you (taking into account the average daily car price on our platform). If you want to switch between subscriptions, please contact our customer support.

How much does the GoMore+ subscription cost?

GoMore+ 10 (-10% off each rental) costs €5 per month

GoMore+ 20 (-20% off each rental) costs €15 per month

What if the monthly subscription fee cannot be charged from my credit card?

If we are unable to charge your credit card, the subscription will be canceled, and you will receive a text message notification about this. When the subscription is canceled, the contract period stops. If the user subscribes to GoMore+ again, we will apply the original subscription's contract period.

Can you use the GoMore+ discount together with GoMore points or a discount coupon?

Yes, you can use GoMore points together with the GoMore+ subscription. Points will be deducted from the rental total after the GoMore+ discount.

No, you cannot use a discount coupon if the GoMore+ discount has been applied to the booking.

Does the GoMore+ discount update if I modify or extend my rental?

Yes, the GoMore+ discount also applies to modifications and extensions of rentals if the user was a GoMore+ subscriber when the original booking was made. There are no restrictions on the amount of the discount. The discount also applies if the user is no longer a GoMore+ subscriber but was a subscriber when the booking was made. If a user joins GoMore+ as a subscriber, the discount is not applied to rentals made before the subscription.

Is there a contract period for GoMore+ subscription?

When you join GoMore+ as a subscriber for the first time, you have a three-month contract period. This means you commit to having the monthly subscription fee charged from your credit card for a minimum of three months. This is clearly indicated during the subscription confirmation and is also defined in the terms of use accepted by the user, which can be found here. After this period, cancellations must be made latest one day before the end of the billing cycle.

When do we charge the monthly subscription fee?

The first month's subscription fee is charged on the day the user joins GoMore+ as a subscriber. The next monthly fee is charged exactly one month later. The billing cycle remains the same every month. For example, if you join as a subscriber on September 10th, we will charge the monthly subscription fee on the 10th of each subsequent month.

What if a user wants to cancel the subscription before the contract period ends?

A user can cancel the subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription before the three-month contract period is up, you will remain an active subscriber until the end of the contract period, and we will charge the monthly subscription fee for the remaining months, after which the subscription will end.

What if a user wants to cancel the subscription after the contract period has ended?

A user can cancel the subscription at any time, and they will remain GoMore+ subscribers until the end of the current billing cycle. To avoid further monthly subscription fees, the subscription must be canceled at least one day before the start of a new billing cycle. For example, if the next billing cycle starts on September 10th, the subscription must be canceled by September 9th to avoid the monthly subscription fee.

Can I cancel the subscription within 14 days of signing up?

Consumers have a legal right to cancel a purchase within 14 days of receiving the order confirmation. For GoMore+ subscription, this is possible if the user has not yet used the GoMore+ subscription, meaning there are no completed rental bookings with the GoMore+ discount applied. If you wish to cancel the subscription in this case, please contact our customer support.

Can the GoMore+ discount be used for rentals in other GoMore countries?

The GoMore+ discount can also be used for rentals in other GoMore countries if it is possible based on the user's market and the age of the renter.

Does the user need to be approved as a renter to subscribe to GoMore+?

When subscribing to GoMore+, our system does not check whether the user has been approved as a GoMore renter. We assume that users subscribing to GoMore+ are already approved to rent, or they will be approved after subscribing. In rare cases, if a user subscribes to GoMore+ but is not approved as a GoMore renter, the subscription may be canceled by GoMore customer support before the contract period expires.
